1. How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?

It takes 4 workers approximately 2 hours to install 1 unit of the container house.

2. What is the fastest lead time?

This depends on the quantity. If it is a regular size, our standard lead time is generally 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.

3. Can you customize colors and sizes?

Yes, we gladly accept color customization (standard white is highly popular, but you can provide a color card number for reference). The maximum size customizable is up to 4m * 8m, which includes wind-resistant columns to support the top and bottom beams.

4. Do these container houses require a foundation?

If the land is stable and will not subside, there is basically no need to lay a foundation. Based on varying geological conditions, we will provide guidance, suggestions, complete foundation drawings, and video instructions for installation.

5. How are the container houses insulated?

The wall panels are standard 50mm rock wool sandwich panels. They can be upgraded to 75mm or 100mm thickness for extreme cold or hot weather. Additionally, the floors can also be covered with insulation.

6. How is product quality guaranteed?

Every step of production is checked by quality inspectors using vernier calipers to measure material thickness. Paint surfaces are inspected before packing, and wearing parts/spare materials are included in the shipment. Pre-delivery photos and videos are also sent to the customer for confirmation.
