- The house has waterproof structure and heating insulation material, such as EPS, Rock wool or PU Panels interlock easily to form a complete thermally efficient shell.
- Two kinds of flooring system are available: steel chassis floor or concrete foundation.
- One 40'HQ container can load about 160m² considering 75mm thickness panel for roof and wall.
- Six skilled workers can finish 42m² in 8 hours.
- The house can resist heavy wind load of 0.5KN/m² and 7-8 degree seismic intensity.

What are the acceptable payment terms?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Payment via TT is highly preferred, requiring a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance before container loading.
What is the expected delivery time?
The delivery timeline depends on order quantities. Generally, the standard delivery time ranges between 15 to 30 days.
How is the prefab house shipped?
The products are packaged securely and shipped by loading them into sea shipping containers.
How do we install the house after it arrives at the destination?
We will provide detailed illustration photos and step-by-step videos to guide you. If necessary, we can send technical specialists to support you on-site. Please note that related expenses including visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and wages are to be borne by the buyer.
