Anti-Rust Galvanized Steel Frame

A. Advanced Anti-Rust Performance: We use hot-dip galvanized Q235 steel for all structural components (beams, columns, and purlins). It provides superior protection against rust. Unlike competitors using standard electrolytic plates or black steel, our frame resists oxidation and corrosion over long-term use.

B. Heavy-Duty Steel Profile: Built with true 2.5mm galvanized steel. Many alternative factories use 2.3mm steel which only reaches 2.5mm after paint layers are applied. Our thicker raw steel prevents bending during lifting, handling, and relocation.

Structural Component Overview

Corner Fitting Detail

Corner Fitting

Constructed from 3.5mm powder-coated galvanized steel. It bridges the primary beams, stringers, and columns. The integrated lifting holes allow safe transport of the fully assembled unit.

Assembled Column Detail

Column

Formed from high-grade Q235 galvanized steel strip, featuring pre-drilled holes at both ends. Securely fastens columns and corner fittings together via bolt assemblies. Column heights are customizable.

Wallboard Section

Wallboard

Typically utilizes robust rock wool or EPS sandwich panels. Outer steel sheet thickness and core material density are customizable. Thicknesses are available in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm configurations.

Roof Structure

Roof

Designed with pre-painted galvanized color steel for roof tiles and ceiling tiles to deliver maximum weather resistance. The corrugated tile design facilitates immediate rainwater runoff and excellent waterproofing.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you provide on-site installation services?
We provide detailed installation drawings, step-by-step layout blueprints, and tutorial videos for every project. For larger developments, we can dispatch installation teams and onsite supervisors to oversee operations. Details regarding on-site service fees are negotiated case-by-case.
2. What is the standard delivery timeframe?
Under normal situations, delivery is finalized within 15 days following the receipt of the initial deposit. For bulk or highly customized orders, delivery schedules are subject to negotiation.
3. How do you control product quality during production?
Our quality assurance protocol includes:
  • Design Stage: Anticipating structural issues beforehand to execute calculated engineering designs.
  • Material Sourcing: Relying exclusively on certified, high-grade raw metal and insulation materials.
  • Production: Utilizing precision robotic machinery, employing experienced technical personnel, and enforcing strict checks at key intervals.
4. How are post-purchase quality concerns resolved?
We offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Within this warranty period, we assume full responsibility for addressing all quality errors arising directly from our production processes.
5. What is the expected service life of the container units?
Under standard weather environments and normal maintenance conditions, the service life of our container frame structure is approximately 20 years.
6. How are container structures modified for distinct climatic conditions?
We adapt designs according to specific geographic climates:
  • High Wind Climates: Incorporating additional internal structural crossbracing and reinforcement.
  • Sub-Zero Temperatures: Increasing outer panel thickness, incorporating premium insulation materials, and reinforcing roof load capacities.
  • High Corrosion Areas (Coastal Zones): Utilizing extra-strength corrosion-resistant base alloys or applying high-grade anticorrosive paint finishes.
